How does THE SWEATBOX work?
It’s easy. Start by filling out a SWEATSTYLE Profile and tell us all about your workout routine, size, style preferences and more. Once you finish, we’ll get to work selecting the best fitness clothes and accessories for you. When your box arrives, you’ll have five days to try everything on in the comfort of your own home, keep what you like, and send back the rest in our prepaid bag. You’ll only pay for what you keep, plus a $20 SWEAT Fee which we’ll apply to any items you decide to purchase. A new SWEATBOX will arrive every three months after that, so you’ll always have access to the hottest fitness clothes of the season.

What will I get in my SWEATBOX?
Your SWEATBOX will include a combination of fitness and lifestyle tops, bottoms, sports bras, outerwear and accessories like socks or head bands. You’ll get approximately five items altogether – all mix-and-match pieces selected for your size, workouts and preferences. If there are any items you don’t want us to send you, simply let us know in your SWEATSTYLE Profile, which you can update at any time. The more information you give us, the better your SWEATBOX will be.

Which brands do you work with?
We are constantly updating our inventory, but current brands include Alala, Koral, Vimmia, UltraCor, 4th Avenue, HPE, Lolë, Nux, Pointe Studio, Pheel, Prismsport, Move, Zara Terez, Onzie and Phat Buddha, among others. We like to include a mix of well-known brands and smaller up-and-coming ones to keep our offerings fresh, new and exciting. We often get the latest styles before they hit retail stores, so you’ll be the first to sport the new looks!
What if something doesn’t fit me?
The more information you give us in your SWEATSTYLE Profile, the easier it will be for us to select the right size for you in the brands we carry. Right now we cannot offer exchanges for items that don’t fit, but please email us at support@the-sweat-box.com and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I don’t like something you send?
It’s super easy to return an item you don’t want to keep. Simply put it in the pre-paid bag that comes with your SWEATBOX and put it in any USPS mailbox within five days of receiving it and you won’t be charged.
Can I request certain pieces?
We aren’t set up yet to take requests for specific pieces, but stay tuned for updates to our services so you can have even more say in what you get in your SWEATBOX!
PRICING
How much does THE SWEATBOX cost?
There is no membership or subscription fee when you sign up for THE SWEATBOX, but we do charge a non-refundable and non-transferrable $20 SWEAT Fee with each box we send you. That fee will be applied toward whatever items you decide to purchase. What’s more, if you keep all of the items in your box, you’ll get a 15% discount on the total purchase in addition to the $20 SWEAT Fee credit.
How much do the clothes cost?
It depends on the item, and each box will include a range. For example, tops can cost anywhere from $45 to $90; bottoms from $70 to $130 and sports bras from $30 to $60. Our prices are similar to what you would pay in high-end boutique athletic wear shops and we generally stick to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. We do not charge a premium on the clothes we sell.
When will I be charged?
You won’t be charged anything upon signing up for THE SWEATBOX. But when each box ships you’ll be charged the $20 SWEAT Fee. If you choose to keep any items, you’ll be charged for those minus any SWEAT Fee credits and discounts. Items you are returning must be post-marked within five days from the date of receipt of your SWEATBOX in order not to be charged for those items.
What if I have a dispute about a charge or want to change my payment information?

SHIPPING
When will I receive my SWEATBOX?
Your SWEATBOX will be shipped on the 15th of the month, every three months, and your first box will arrive on the next monthly ship date. Every time a new box has shipped, we’ll notify you by email and give you tracking information.
Can I change when I receive my SWEATBOX?
At this point we cannot change the shipping dates, but we’re working to expand our options so stay tuned!
Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is free both ways.

What if I can’t access my account?

How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your SWEATBOX account at any time by logging into your account. Also please email us at support@the-sweat-box.com. Please allow us 30 days to fully process your cancellation.
